@TheMattViera I grew up in the Chicago suburbs, where the school district had a rule that once you reached your sixth year of teaching, your salary automatically crossed into six figures….. and this was back around 2014 or 2015

@TheMattViera NYC gives with one hand and takes with both. $100K sounds great until rent, taxes, and cost of living turn it into a $50K lifestyle 😂

@TheMattViera I can tell this from movies, especially when watching speeches by Warren Buffett, who is the wealthiest investor. NYC remains a place where there is money and where you can make money—unlike other countries around the world.
