@a_ono Oh interesting. Tangentially— the wara-wara in the newest Miyazaki movie ‘The Boy and the Heron’ are just straw-straw and represent souls? How fascinating. Have you seen it?

は英語だと「Those little moments are so precious.」

@a_ono Thank you. That means a lot. I think the blooms at night feel like the space in between one step and the next.

@iWomansplainer Yes, also… Do it. 🥹 Adoption lives in my head rent free since I had to have an emergency hysterectomy after my OB severed a uterine artery at a scheduled c-section.

Is it crazy that I kind of really want to adopt a medically complex baby who was abandoned at a hospital

This may be a hot take. BUT! I’m not convinced it should take 3 years to propose to someone. Even 2. If you’ve been dating someone exclusively for 1 year & you STILL don’t know if you’d spend the rest of your life with them…. Then you’ll probably end up divorced in the long run.

If you are pro-life would you ever be willing to adopt an unwanted baby? Trying to prove a point.

@GBNT1952 Hydrostatic pressure gets really crazy when high velocity mass projectiles are introduced to an internal system. People really just hate the idea of math I guess.

Bullets fragment and travel down or up the spine in many documented cases without exit wounds. People have even survived them. You are doing the thing where you throw out the improbable yet possible to support your argument of self emplaced absolutes. Something being rare does not make it impossible. It has happened. We have documented evidence of it happening. Yet still you people stand firm and claim that it quite simply could not have and then completely disregard the preponderance of evidence we have linking Tyler to this crime… It’s honestly exhausting, finding out how stupid the populace around you actually is. Clown world on here for sure.

@michael51264 @GBNT1952 Hit the button too soon. Anyway, a bullet that delivers enough energy to deform itself on a human neck vertebrae to that extent is gonna make a mess of the neck, not one clean entry hole. Think about it.

@GBNT1952 I think your role in life has hardened you to the realities of the world. For most people fantasy is easier to deal with than a harsh reality, and traumatizing event. It is easier to separate yourself from it when you lie about it. We all saw a man die, it broke some people.

We have a preponderance of evidence that points directly at Tyler Robinson for the public and brutal murder of Charlie Kirk: - multiple confessions (his parents, a discord chat, text messages, and a written note left under his keyboard) - the spent cartridge matching his gun (both with his DNA on it) - engraving on the cartridges matches engraving on others at his home (and the engraver) -trace evidence on the roof that is linked to his shoe, palm, and forearm - video evidence of him fleeing the building where the shot was fired from with the rifle But people would rather believe in an elaborate conspiracy theory that involves multiple nations, militaries, and bureaucracies than hold the left accountable for their ideology and rhetoric that drove this young man to commit an atrocity. Again, that is reality, and damn all of you people helping them do it.

@amazakeiko That kind of strength can be so lonely. You can do everything right and it still feels like sand slipping between your fingers.

@pirooooon3 Soldiers in America also treat machines as living things that need specific rituals and care to properly function. People aren’t so different are they?
