Question for my fellow commissioners of dynasty leagues: if i have a member of a league join a startup and complete the startup draft, during which he paid for and traded away future picks, then immediately after the startup draft he deleted his sleeper account and there is no way to contact him, should I have leaguesafe refund his money and treat his team as an orphan? Should i not refund his money since he traded away future picks? Ive never had a startup orphan before so this is a little out of the ordinary.
@DynastyZack We've also implemented in most of the leagues I run, that in order to trade future picks you must pay the league fee for those future years as well, we also add on a premium fee that gets reimbursed at the beginning of said season to ensure they don't bail.
Feels like the strangle hold extreme Leftists have had on Oregon politics is beginning to slip.
Outside of a very organized core of political activists in Portland and Eugene, Oregon is a purple cowboy state that fundamentally appreciates individual freedom. As a State, it is capable of defeating the Left and helping return their failed ideology and policies to the fringe where it belongs.
got a bonus at work, oregon taxed 40% of it before I even knew I was getting it it. then they had the audacity to put two measures for raising taxes on my ballot. go FUCK yourselves how bout
What changed me was watching my dad beg my mom not to leave after 14 years of marriage, and said she never really loved him. only to find out there was already someone else.
Months after they separated, he admitted he had known for a long time that there was another person. He just stayed quiet because he didn’t want our family to break apart.
One night he said, “If I didn’t have children, I would’ve ended my life already.”
That sentence never left me.
And yet somebody would still easily tell us “That’s still your mom.”
Fuck that.
@DynastyZack If the RB room is deep, that's a great trade IMO. Might be harder to add great assets as a reigning champ, even if the trades are fair. I've experienced that a lot in other leagues I've won.
@_Football___Fan I'm not sold but it seemed like the best option at the moment. 16 man leagues are rough, cause if you pass up a pick, good chance you won't get another chance to get them.
Very happy how this 16 team, SF/IDPs/Dynasty rookie draft has gone so far.
Trade away the 1.05 and a few 2nds to move up to the 1.02 since I have Bowers and didn't have a 2nd QB.
@BOATcommishFF Exactly. We give out plenty of monthly reminders to the other GMs as well throughout the year so there is no excuse of "I didn't know that when I made this trade or picked dropped this guy.."
Major roster-changing rules in dynasty leagues should NEVER go into effect immediately‼️
There should be at least a 1-year notice before major changes happen. Sometimes even longer.
Curious how other leagues handle this. 🧵👇🏻
Awful: Deshaun Watson is the heavy favorite to be the Browns' starting quarterback for next season.
Shedeur Sanders proved himself to be a Pro Bowler and franchise QB last season. He's earned his shot.
The Shedeur disrespect continues 🤦♂️
