I used to check my analytics every hour worst habit i ever had it makes you post for numbers, not for ppl the quality of content drops and you start farming engagement here’s what i do now: > post and start replying on comments without looking at numbers > check stats once a day (in the evening) > analyze stats and improve my next post stop focusing on numbers stop overthinking start looking at what works and try new things and you’ll see the numbers grow checking analytics is like checking crypto charts you want to do it but it only hurts your mental health lol
