@samacoree Less than 20g protein tbh. Easiest protein is dahi or milk, 1 liter of milk is about 30g of protein, 1 liter of dahi is 40, I usually blend the dahi into what's essentially chaas/lassi with honey to sorta make it go down easier. Eggs as a primary source is good but difficult.
