@SoapyMargherita Yeah we tested both ways with folks pre event and this version (headings within an ordered list) was the least clunky option but for future events we will have a bit more time to really test for the optimal setup.

@AccessMusicTech Re the live platform, do you have control over the page markup? Was thinking every chat message being a heading was perhaps a bit cluttered. Might be worth trying a heading for the start of chat, messages in a list, heading at the end of chat just above the message edit field.

@Jstuckeymusic @armandovias The website shows the sessions in your local time using a 24 hour clock accessiblemusic.tech/events/2022 BST is ahead of eastern time by 5 hours so the start time is 5am and the content runs all day until 3pm eastern.
