@owocki Yes, one of my favorite things about pg is the efficiency of capital e.g. 95-99% (historically) goes to the intended service - compensating core devs in this case - why can’t other services be administrated with that kind of efficiency?

However, the salaries are 50-60% below cash offers in the market, With an even larger risk comp gap

When the Bitwise Ethereum ETF $ETHW launched in July 2024, we committed to giving 10% of ETHW’s gross profits back to the Ethereum ecosystem each year.
