Delta i årets viktigaste skidlopp och bidra till mer forskning om psykisk sjukdom! Den 10 februari kl. 14.00 anordnas Ski for Mental Health i Saltsjöbaden utanför Stockholm. Ski for Mental Health är ett välgörenhetslopp på längdskidor där alla kan delta – gammal som ung, nybörjare som proffs. Allt överskott går till vår insamling för mer suicidpreventiv, psykiatrisk och psykologisk forskning. Barn/ungdom (upp till 15 år) deltar gratis.
Loppet går av stapeln på Saltsjöbadens Skidarena i Nacka, och anordnas i samarbete med SIF Skidor och Saltsjöbadens Skidarena. Sträckningen är lätt kuperad med ett par lättare stigningar. Banan passar väl för mindre vana åkare.
Startklasser:
5-10 år: 1,1 kilometer
11-15 år: 2,5 kilometer
Vuxenklass (16 år och uppåt): 5 kilometer
