Man, your coaches matter... at EVERY level. Ive been speaking with some AAU coaches that REALLY care about the players they coached years ago. I respect the heck out of that! Those aren't "their" kids anymore but they're looking for situations to help these kids grow.

When we speak of kids that make sacrifices and kids that absolutely buy into the team you go no further than @iamxaviermiller. A hard worker on both sides of the ball. When I describe him I always mention defense cause to me that’s what he is for Plano East. Xavier is a 15+ ppg night at any other school.
