Well, I kinda do have quite a routine, but it's not nearly as glamorous as you might think... Used to do weighted runs up and down Mt. Chimney, for example. Fifty kilos total on my back and chest, up to the cable car station, and down to Lavaridge Town. Cardio is important...

unfortunately, people have just gotten lazy. it... probably, also has something to do with unrealistic beauty standards, but it's so weird to go out of your way to try anything but what's proven to work, which is continuous exercise.
