@BackThenApp Is there an issue with your app and slow upload speeds (taking roughly 10 minutes to upload 1 photo)? This is experienced on both WiFi and cellular connections. My wife submitted an email ticket regarding this and hasn’t heard from anyone. Considering changing apps😢

@_Michi Apologies - we realised we sent these out too often. If you open the app again it'll reset to a weekly message, and you can turn it off completely in Reminders -> Upload reminder (frequency). Sorry that it was too invasive, we'll make sure not to make the same mistake.

@BackThenApp My daughter pays to give us access to photos of our grandchildren.Fine for years when app was Lifecake but now it is quite useless crashing after 1st second of opening.Have contacted to no avail.#backwhenbackthen

@YesacWerdna Hi Cat. On iOS, select the three bars in the top right to go to the menu, then Manage Contacts. For the person you wish to remove, swipe their name left and a red Delete button will appear. On Android it is the same except the three-line menu is bottom right. I hope that helps.

BackThen crashing on app open. Known issue caused by Facebook’s SDK effecting many other big apps - Spotify, Pinterest, etc. We expect FB to release a fix soon and will continue to update you as new information is available. In mean time try our new web backthen.app/app
