@dougokane88 Did the authorities really call it a 4G surface or was that the chronicle that made that error? (Rubber crumb pitches are 3G - 4G and 5G are mobile phone technologies)

BREAKING: Barnsley FC women’s team have withdrawn from their league. They've been informed by the FA that all games would have to be played on the main pitch or another venue, rather than showcase or 4G pitches at Oakwell and that is ‘financially and logistically not possible'
