I have been working on the concept of $ROBOTMONEY since 2009, when I founded my first fintech company, a roboadvisor called @NestEggWealth, thereafter became @AdvisorEngine In 2015, I wrote this piece, which you can see still rhymes with how the future turned out: sokolin.medium.com/investing-in-t… Ethereum and DeFi became my next love, promising a new financial infrastructure for a digitally native economy. 2017-2023 were a time when I developed the core thesis behind Fintech Blueprint, tokenization, and AI in finance. In the next phase of this evolution, robots build the new GDP and control massive amounts of capital. How do we position for it? This is the experiment we are trying to run.

Many of the traders who trashed @Base nonstop last year are now making the same statements about @Solana while trading exclusively on Base. The difference this time is that some of them have finally realized that there's a real difference in the builder ecosystem and investor profile between the two chains. And considering that $BASE has yet to be released, there are way more things to look forward to on Base. Is there even a rational thesis for buying anything besides trending memes on Solana at this point? That seems like its only strong selling point. New utility projects on Solana struggle to be taken seriously when they're coming from the same launchpads built for memecoins, therefore competing for the same liquidity. And the price action for each new token is practically identical across the chain, as a result. My conviction is that we haven’t seen anything yet. Ethereum, overall, has a much stronger development environment. They're leading with AI x Crypto implementations such as ERC-8004 and ERC-7710. I think Base is gonna be a really rewarding place for investors who are willing to hold tokens for more than a month. We've already seen some coins put up solid numbers, but those will look like a small preview in hindsight once legitimate unicorns emerge with sustainable economic flywheels. The market has matured.
