NEW Karmelo Anthony defense witness TESTIMONY PROVES SELF-DEFENSE! Defense: "It was raining hard enough for people to be under tents?"  Witness: "Yes." Defense: "Eddie called Karmelo over to the tent?"  Witness: "Yes, sir." Defense: "The interaction between Eddie and Melo was friendly?"  Witness: "Yes, sir." Defense: "After Eddie called him over, Melo sat down?"  Witness: "Yes." Defense: "For about five minutes? Friendly talk? No one expressed a problem with Melo being there?"  Witness: "No." Defense: "Do you recall the first person to say to Melo, 'Who are you?'"  Witness: "Hunter Melcalf." Defense: "Hunter is a big guy?"  Witness: "You could say." Defense: "At the time of the event, Austin was a little bigger?"  Witness: "I'd say substantially bigger." Defense: "So Hunter tells Melo to leave?"  Witness: "Yes." Defense: "Melo said, 'No one has a problem with me being here besides you?'"  Witness: "Yes." Defense: "If you put Melo and Austin next to each other, Melo is smaller?"  Witness: "Yes." Defense: "Hunter started with a moderate tone, and it got more aggressive?"  Witness: "Yes, sir." Defense: "Do you remember telling the detective, 'You need to move before I beat your a--'?"  Witness: "I don't recall saying that." The defense approaches the witness with papers. The witness agrees that Austin said something like that, or something similar, about wanting to beat his a--. Defense: "Austin is standing up. Melo is still seated?"  Witness: "Yes." Defense: "That's when Melo reached into his bag, after Austin mentioned something about wanting to beat his a-?"  Witness: "Yes." Defense: "Austin calls his bluff and says, 'I know you don't have anything in that bag'?"  Witness: "Yes." Defense: "For Austin to make his way to Melo, he has to move up five rows?"  Witness: "Yes." Defense: "Austin takes a step or two, and then they talk, and that continues?"  Witness: "Yes." Defense: "All this time, as Austin is moving closer to Melo, Melo is seated with his hand in the bag, like 'don't come closer to me'?" Witness: "Yes, sir." Defense: "Melo says, 'As long as you don't touch me, we're cool,' or, 'Don't touch me'?"  Witness: "Yes." Defense: "You told the detective Austin reached up and tapped Karmelo on the shoulder? Melo is still seated?"  Witness: "Yes." Defense: "There's a touch, and then there's a grab?"  Witness: "Yes." Defense: "He [Austin] grabbed with both hands?"  Witness: "Both of his hands were in motion." Defense: "Austin is reaching for Melo, and at that point, Melo's hand comes out of the bag?"  Witness: "Yes."

@Bizkit68390579 @marsdavis01 @tariqnasheed Where are you getting this BS from? No witness testimony backs up any of what you said. If it was all self-defense, why did he run away and throw away the knife? What self-defense requires getting rid of the murder weapon?

@BasedDude40 @marsdavis01 @tariqnasheed Karmelo was minding his own business, Austin then told melo to move and melo said no. Austin then approached himr and pushed him and threw his bag, melo took the bag and said punch me and see what happens, Austin continued then got stabbed once and melo ran away.

@marsdavis01 @BaynurdCrump @Bizkit68390579 @tariqnasheed What’s your argument for not charging murder 1? What does saying “ touch me and see what happen’s” twice, while gripping a concealed knife, mean to you? The intent is clear. Touch me and I’ll kill you. Murder 1 to me

@BaynurdCrump @Bizkit68390579 @BasedDude40 @tariqnasheed this argument is far better for the prosecution, then relying on the idea that Karmelo ‘Didn’t Belong There”. If DA wants to win this case they should be arguing from your angle and they should not have charged murder one, unless the jury can change murder 1 to manslaughter.

@Bizkit68390579 @marsdavis01 @tariqnasheed You are either lying or not well informed. While his hand was gripping a knife, he stated “touch me and see what happens. Touch me and see what happens”. What do you think his intent was?

@marsdavis01 @HereComz_Woody @tariqnasheed Who made me the authority to tell someone they can’t stand in the middle of the road or enter a bathroom they don’t belong in. No one, but it’s OK for me to do it and I shouldn’t expect a knife through the chest.

@MaryyHeartsYouu @13Nggr50 @tariqnasheed No pre-meditation? So sticking your hand in a bag and opening your knife and ready to strike wasn’t premeditated? Sounds like some thought went into it to me.

@13Nggr50 @tariqnasheed The “amygdala = no thinking” claim is fake neuroscience. The amygdala triggers fear‑driven defensive decisions, not mindless shutdown. Karmelo being seated, shoved, striking once, then fleeing is exactly how fight‑or‑flight works - and nothing like premeditation.

@MaryyHeartsYouu @tariqnasheed If he was just so scared and in fear of his life, why didn’t he leave? That’s normally not the way fear based lethal force works.

@tariqnasheed Ppl like Alex fail to include it wasn't only Austin aggressively approaching a seated Karmelo. It was Austin AND his brother. And how has this "aspiring attorney" not heard of the amygdala‑driven fight‑or‑flight response when a person feels threatened? That's ODD to me.

@marsdavis01 @tariqnasheed Let’s just say I agree with everything you said. Just cause someone gives you a push, after you’ve become aggressive, doesn’t give you the right to put a knife through their chest. BTW. The 15 times asked proves he was not in fear of his life. Therefore, no self-defense claim.

Also, Stand Your Ground laws mean you don’t have to leave, even if asked “15 times”. I’m not sure why people think this is such an own. If Karmelo was committing a crime, call the cops or call your coach, bare minimum, so they can call the cops. The coach has no right or ability to deputize students to enforce make believe seating arrangements.

@peterrhague @skellasauresrex Yeah, but that’s not what you said in your first comment which was completely wrong. The immigration issue has led to the push by police for multiculturalism. Cause and effect. No mass immigration no push from multiculturalism which led to this.

@skellasauresrex I don’t think the majority of this push is coming from migrants themselves though.

The problem with JD Vance commenting on UK politics is that his comment was a bad one. The death of Henry Nowak is not considered, by most critics of the government here, an immigration issue. It’s a police training issue. An issue with a misaligned state that prioritises managing multiculturalism over doing its actual job.

Blacks saying that Asians in America can't survive with them are delusional. Asians generate a net +292B surplus tax revenue, while blacks are at a net -660B tax revenue. Asians make up 18.7% of innovations while blacks make up 0.4%. And Asians have the highest IQs while blacks have the lowest. We'll be just fine without you, don't worry. In fact, we'll be better off without you looting our stores and murdering us for no reason.

A 15-year-old British girl in Leamington was gang-raped by Afghans. She recorded everything on her phone, begging “Help me, please help me, they’re going to rape me.” Her lawyers said the footage couldn’t be released — it would cause riots across the country. So the truth is suppressed to protect the narrative. Afghan rapists. British child victim. Evidence hidden. This is the grooming gang nightmare on steroids. The British people deserve the full truth — no more cover-ups.

@king_Juratovacc Because we let them do it. Making fun of, and discriminating against whites has been part of the culture for at least the last 40 years. Not surprising it’s found its way into politics. Question is, what are we gonna do about it?
