Decided to stay in hold, no music for over 5mins. Music started for about 15secs then line dropped out??

@BupaAustralia just trying to get through on 1300 427 162 but all avenues take me to nowhere? Is the hold music not working perhaps? tried travel insurance option and when that hasn’t worked I have gone down existing health ins options. Not sure I should stay hold with no sound?
