I told my therapist:
“I’m not suicidal…

8 years ago the managing partner of a law firm I worked at pulled me into a meeting and told me to 'tone down my aura of confidence" if I wanted to succeed there.
This is me today standing in my brand new 4,000 square foot Bay Street office for Marshall Law - Canada, complete with a PINK boardroom.
Don't ever take career advice from people who don't want to see you succeed.

Coaches: warm players up mentally before or after you help them do a physical warm-up. How? Ask them questions... You can make these questions super simple (what - see picture below) You can make these questions a little more complicated (how - see picture below) Then what? Ask players to picture their answers for 30 seconds By doing so you're helping them run an inner movie that helps them feel a greater sense of readiness for training Next, get them sharing their answers with team mates for 30 seconds. This drives communication and teamwork
