I'm hosting a debate with Myron Gaines (@MyronGainesX) and Destiny (@TheOmniLiberal) on who's the bigger obstacle to peace in the Israel-Palestine conflict.
Watch live this Saturday (tomorrow) at 8 PM EST.
@szchyphawlm@ns123abc Trees are a renewable resource. Paper is also recyclable.
Look into all the resources that go into making tech products, not to mention the energy that is needed to power them.
@Mollyploofkins The Left and Right are both represented in that list.
Maybe instead of fighting amongst each other we should be rooting out those who seek to divide us to further this agenda. They want everyone fighting as a distraction.
@dpakman Who do you think they learned it from? The democrats cancelled a sitting president and got him removed from social media.
Did you forget? This hypocrisy is insane.
@ZacksJerryRig@elonmusk People who want to act like free speech advocates need to also advocate to protect the speech of people they disagree with.
This is grade school stuff.
A few days ago my father passed away.
It's difficult for me to even find the words for the emptiness it leaves me with, he was my last family member in the state and I was there with him until the end.
I will endure, but I don't think I'll ever be the same
I love you, Pa
@day_izanagi@BootlessBuck@ns123abc The point is that you can ask it how to do anything not just cooking. It's useful when your situation is unique and no one has done it before. This is the evolution of Google search
@RepSwalwell You mean how the democrats told Facebook and Twitter what to censor from their platforms for years, as stated my Mark Zuckerberg and shown in the Twitter files?
Do you think everyone just forgot?
In 1934, Germany passed a law making it a crime to tell jokes or laugh at its leaders.
We can’t go down that road. Because what’s next is you can’t post what you want on social media. And you can’t text your friends anything that might upset the government.
That’s not the way it should be. The people shouldn’t be afraid of their government. The government should be afraid of the people!
🔥🚨BREAKING: Liberal creator Destiney attempted to copy Charlie Kirk by debating at a college campus but he was met with taunts calling him a ‘c*ck, a p*do and a f*got’
@JC_XCV@TheDemocrats Yes it was. Did Charlie Kirk get arrested for speaking? No. Did Charlie Kirk get investigated by the FBI for speaking? No.
Charlie Kirk got shot by a far right extremist, for not being extreme enough.
@EEricoh@SnazzyLabs@Emannytheory Things touching my face that shouldn’t be touching my face, which are annoying. It’s also likely at least a little wet, which adds to the annoyance.
A disaster, no… annoying to the point where I’d try and rip it off, yes.
Is some of this a question of preparation? Not having already thought deeply about issues or challenging your own ideas? The goal should be to not think of an objection to your point for the first time when it’s brought to you in a debate.
I have debates in my head constantly. It’s quite exhausting, but I’m prepared. It also means my answer on almost any topic is, “it depends.”
@mastashredda@ADHDForReal Nah, it's just like the post says.
I can hold my own in a written debate where I have time to think about what I want to say, but my god would I get absolutely destroyed in a verbal one.
A good debater can make a weak argument sound strong and vice versa.
@GavinNewsom Democrats fought to have Trump banned from all social media platforms while he was still president in his first term.
Did you forget what Truth Social even exists? He had to make his own platform just to speak.
Not so fun when the shoe is on the other foot, is it?
