Everyone wants a date. I’ll give you a window and the actual sequence that has to happen first, because a prediction without a mechanism is just hopium with extra steps. 𝐌𝐲 𝐜𝐚𝐥𝐥: the first real rotation doesn’t start until the 𝐐𝟑 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟔 𝐰𝐢𝐧𝐝𝐨𝐰 roughly 𝐀𝐮𝐠𝐮𝐬𝐭–𝐎𝐜𝐭𝐨𝐛𝐞𝐫. And it won’t look like the altseason anyone’s nostalgic for. Where we actually are right now: ➠ BTC dominance grinding 𝘶𝘱 around 60.3% ➠ Altcoin Season Index stuck at 35 (it peaked at 78 last September, you need 75+ to even call it altseason) By the market’s own scoreboard, we’re not in the second half. We’re not in the stadium yet. But the two numbers I watch closest are the ones nobody’s talking about ✧ → 𝐄𝐓𝐇/𝐁𝐓𝐂 𝐚𝐭 ~𝟎.𝟎𝟐𝟖. Ten-month low, below its 200-week MA. Strip away the alt talk, ETH itself can’t outperform BTC right now. No broad rotation has ever happened while the #2 asset is bleeding against #1. The line I need: a weekly close back above 0.035. → 𝐀 𝐫𝐞𝐜𝐨𝐫𝐝 ~$𝟏𝟖𝟎𝐁 𝐢𝐧 𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐛𝐥𝐞𝐜𝐨𝐢𝐧𝐬 𝐩𝐚𝐫𝐤𝐞𝐝 𝐨𝐧 𝐄𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐫𝐞𝐮𝐦. Everyone reads that as “fuel, altseason incoming 🚀.” Wrong frame. Fuel in the tank isn’t a moving car. That’s sidelined money waiting for a reason and right now the reason is still BTC, which is exactly why dominance keeps climbing instead of cracking. The liquidity is here. It just isn’t stupid yet. 𝐒𝐨 𝐰𝐡𝐲 𝐐𝟑, 𝐧𝐨𝐭 “𝐬𝐨𝐨𝐧”? Because the trigger is a chain, and it takes months to play out: ✓ BTC makes a local / blow-off top ✓ Dominance breaks and 𝘩𝘰𝘭𝘥𝘴 under ~55% (a real break, not a one-day wick) ✓ ETH/BTC reclaims 0.035 ✓ 𝘵𝘩𝘦𝘯 that parked stablecoin liquidity finally rolls down into mid-caps Earliest that whole sequence realistically completes is late summer. And the part I’d stake my name on: it won’t be a 2021 “everything pumps” event. That era’s gone. 𝐀𝐥𝐭𝐬𝐞𝐚𝐬𝐨𝐧 𝐠𝐨𝐭 𝐮𝐧𝐛𝐮𝐧𝐝𝐥𝐞𝐝. It rotates one narrative at a time now → AI → RWA → DePIN → whatever’s next. Each runs hot for 2–3 weeks, then dies and hands off the baton. If you’re holding a bag waiting for the whole board to lift at once, you’ll watch your sector’s window open and close while you wait for a party that already moved rooms. So the real question was never “when’s altseason.” It’s: ✧ 𝐖𝐡𝐢𝐜𝐡 𝐧𝐚𝐫𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐞 𝐢𝐬 𝐛𝐞𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐟𝐞𝐝 𝐥𝐢𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐝𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐭𝐡𝐢𝐬 𝐰𝐞𝐞𝐤 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐚𝐦 𝐈 𝐝𝐢𝐬𝐜𝐢𝐩𝐥𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐝 𝐞𝐧𝐨𝐮𝐠𝐡 𝐭𝐨 𝐫𝐨𝐭𝐚𝐭𝐞 𝐨𝐮𝐭 𝐛𝐞𝐟𝐨𝐫𝐞 𝐢𝐭 𝐝𝐢𝐞𝐬. ✧That’s the entire game now.
