The first hole in one I witnessed was a terrible shot. Ball was blocked right and heading out of bounds. Ball struck a tree, ricochetted dead left, landed on the green and rolled into the hole. Still counts. What's the worst great shot you've witnessed?

@yorkstwigg @EvinPriest Both very different golf courses and experiences. Surprised to see this because of the history behind Royal. I’ve never been the greatest admirer of Links and personally Sandbelt is unrivalled. Wickham is definitely the best links I’ve ever played and also the pleasure to work at

NEW: Royal Melbourne has been deposed as Australia's No.1 ranked golf course by Cape Wickham on Tasmania's King Island. A 277-strong panel visited 809 Australian golf courses - more than half in the country - and returned 7,026 evaluations. Cape Wickham returned a score of 72.62 out of 80, Royal Melbourne 72.40.
