@ashevat I think growth/retention/engagement/usage are all equal challenges that continually evolve in a start-up. What works in this phase probably won't in the next. Therefore, the founders approach to problem solving/ideation/execution/learning is more important.

@SharLivingstone They're not more important, that's the point. Both are equally at risk of being pushed into desperate situations such as homelessness. We need to support both sides of the equation, not shift the financial strain of one side onto the other where the other is in the same boat

@SharLivingstone That's the point Sharon, they're the same people.. in fact, the average income of a landlord is just $2k/yr greater than the average of a tenant (both <$80k/yr). So why have such unbalanced reforms that only support 1 side?
