Cross country is about culture. It’s a rough sport. You create your own success. We are developing a culture at Carrollton. As of today we have more than 2x as many girls signed up for XC Camp than attended last year, and over 40 girls are registered to join next season.

Men are straight up cutting the course on TV. Like blatantly??? This should be a DQ?!?

My official stance on XC tie breakers: If the top-5 runners from each team couldn't decide who was the better team, then I don't see why scoring the same top-5 but in a different way makes much sense The 6th runner shows who has more depth and makes the full team matter more

I’m not here to be a Debbie downer. But this is sad. This weekends USAs had so many crazy races. And we get 6k people showing up. We need more venues than middle of nowhere OR, and better marketing/ideas. The athletes deserve it. They are putting on a show.

One thing I've noticed The athletes that make the most progress in 4 years are the ones who commit to training hard over the summer and breaks It's not sets, reps, exercises variations, or methods It's consistency and commitment to training That's the secret

Dreams really do come true.🥇 After three strong rounds in the 100m, I came out on top as the National Champion, made the US team, and set a new personal best of 9.79. Last year taught me perseverance, how to face tough losses, make the right adjustments, and come back stronger. Every race this season has been a step closer to my goal of becoming the greatest, fastest athlete this sport has ever seen. I’ve done the work, trusted my coach, and reminded myself that I belong here. Tomorrow, I’ll step onto the track calm and controlled. I know what needs to be done to finish what I started. Watch me fly.
