Our election is July 16th!! We encourage all Compass Coffee workers to participate and vote for a better work environment for all. To cafes + departments not currently petitioning, we have resources for you! This election is just the first step, we hope to include all workers.

Compass Coffee has the $ but will not pay a living wage! Workers are forced to tell customers “the tip is included in the price”, but that is false. When workers did receive a raise, it was 25-50c, the only increase in wages for baristas since 2020. #realgoodunion

If “cold brew season” really requires a 190% total increase in staff across the company, why are so many union supporters suddenly getting their hours reduced to as little as 4 hours?

The AC isn't working today either. This has happened *repeatedly* every summer I've come to @CompassCoffeeDC Rosslyn. It's worse on the second floor, where most customers are. Hey @SenSanders, how about another tweet?

there is now a 2nd impersonator account pretending to be @CompassCoffeeU you can tell @.CompassCoffeeUn is fake because: 1. pinned tweet is the real account's pinned tweet posted 10 days later 2. the fake account was created in June, 2024/real account was launched May, 2024

We are proud to support @CompassCoffeeU. Today, we visited the CEO at the Spring Valley shop to demand that @CompassCoffeeDC stop union busting and intimidating workers ahead of their union election. Respect their decision to organize. It's not too late to commit to neutrality.
