In the last plenary session, I had the honour of seconding a motion ably moved by a senior parliamentarian, a legislator that I deeply respect for his bravery, courage and honesty, Hon. Abdulsamad Dasuki. The motion was on the need to operationalise and complete National Automatic Development projects in Sokoto State. The motion resonated with me because the I believe the importance of a manufacturing base cannot be overstated. I genuinely believe a lot of our societal problems stems from a very high unemployment rate. I commend Hon.
