I talk to C-suite leaders about AI every single day. Truth: it usually takes <15 minutes to determine the AI Maturity "fingerprint" of the organization and by 20 minutes my first read is about 90% accurate with the results from the 8-12-week assessment. If you can't succinctly articulate your AI intent—from boardroom to API—your strategy lacks the governance backbone to scale or deliver value. No clear intent = no real execution.
