@yonemura2006 非常によくわかります。開発スピードがどんどん早くなると今度はQAや次の仕様を考える工程がボトルネックになるので、私も開発目線だけではなくチーム全体の全体最適で組織を構築するようにしています。

@CoreviceLLC まさに制約理論の理論そのもので、単発の工程だけ早くなっても全体のスピードは上がりにくいんですよね。

先日うちのエンジニアと今後の方針を話し合っている時に「実装コストはもうほとんど無視できるレベルになっている」と言っていたし、僕もそう思う。だが相変わらずシステム開発はコストも時間もかかっている。システム開発の各工程で要する時間配分は大きく変化した。それに合わせて開発手法も変えないといけない。今は実装以外のフローの再構築を考えている。
