Members of the Yankees had the chance to visit Walker, the Heart Warrior, at Boston Children's Hospital this week 💙 Before our series in Boston, seven-year-old Walker sent a message inviting us to visit him at Boston Children’s Hospital as he waits for a miracle heart transplant. In addition to his bravery in the face of a battle no kid deserves, Walker has also bravely worn his Pinstripes and cheered loudly while in Boston. Over the past four days, Ben Rice, Cam Schlittler, Will Warren, and Aaron Boone took turns surprising Walker and his family, as well as other warrior patients and staff at the hospital!
