🚨Lively's unsealed interrogatories - Baldoni🚨
🧵
1. She's asked for everything known to man, including metadata, all social media posts (including deleted ones) about her or Reynolds, 10 years of any state or federal complaints, filings, depositions (EVERYTHING!), history of his neurodivergence and proof of his back injuries and surgeries.
It was 79 pages of unreasonableness, most of which Wayfarer agreed to search for.
Lively even seems to think that Freedman's firm was paying for services that retaliated against her and wants all evidence of that.
They got into an argument over the financial stuff and we saw the spicy email exchange over how the Lively's were challenged to explain how Baldoni's neurodivergence found it's way into a discovery that hadn't yet taken place. As Lively chose not to compel that response, I assume she didn't want to accept that challenge.
🚨MY THEORY ABOUT "SUE INTO OBLIVION"🚨
🧵
1. I'm going to do a mini-thread to set things out logically (and because of X's limit on images). I have a possible theory about the "sue into oblivion" line that Bryan Freedman once said he was going to do to Blake Lively, which appeared as one of her lines in Another Simple Favour.
There are a few things that could be behind this...
1. It could just be a complete coincidence. It's a phrase that people sometimes use and there could be nothing more in it than that.
I'm slightly unconvinced because everything Blake Lively and Ryan Reynolds do, are highly specific. That's clearly their brand. So...
2. The line was added after Freeman said it using Automated Dialogue Replacement. Definitely plausible because when Blake Lively's character says it, her back is facing the camera and you can't see her saying it with mouth movements.
This is something I noticed that Ryan Reynolds had done with the "Cafe Gratitude" line in Deadpool and Wolverine. There was a trailer clip in which the line was recorded as "Van Milder" - t.co/xdT5UTQnNY
I think there's a third option..
I caved and started watching Another Simple Favour.
Blake Lively saying 7 minutes into the movie, "You'll be getting a subpoena soon."... had my interest piqued for any other Easter eggs
Government has finished. Jen Shah is now allocating to the court. Every defendant has a right to address the court at sentencing. Jen made sure to wear a $3,000.00 outfit with full apparel to show remorse today. She has not paid one dollar of restitution before today. Bad move!
Here are the victim impact statements for Jen Shah. They are heartbreaking. This is real, not reality TV. She, like other prior HW´s,has a hard time taking any responsibility & only settles when they cant win legally or their income is effected. #shahfrauddocumentcloud.org/documents/2352…
