This is my super early prototype demo/toy of "IRL (an app to help friends find and plan IRL events) for @_buildspace @_nightsweekends s5 Not much to see yet, but the app runs, the nav works (ish), and the content is loaded from a real database. #IRL #nightsandweekends

@yanfernads @_buildspace This could be super useful actually. I have way too many voice notes that just get buried over time. Would be awesome to be able to get summaries and maybe even search through the content.

@theotarr_ @_nightsweekends @_buildspace Love the idea, definitely something I could have used as a student! Would this be a phone/tablet or computer app? Also I think it would be really cool if it could summarize the notes and/or make study cards out of it.

@mgdotdev My rare dislike of Python is because it's untyped (I don't mess with that) and I just reaaaly don't like the syntax personally. It's fine for small scripts but just becomes gross if you use it for anything more complex.

Honest question, why does everyone dislike Python / think Python is overrated??

I've been coding for years, and I can't count the cases when these 2 saved me: 1. console.log() in JS 2. * { border: 1px solid green; } in CSS You don't need more
