We have recorded this species before - this delightful tiny black dragon seems to be comfortable nesting at pavement level, where it builds its eye-catching red or orange circular nest. The population density seems to be growing steadily.

We originally reported this singular dragon nesting at the Mug House pub, Tooley Street, over 5 years ago, but in the low light conditions it wasn't possible to do this dragon justice.

It's been a while since we've talked about Red-Tipped Londinium dragons, the classic London dragon as spotted nesting on many City of London street signs, bollards, and beyond.
