According to the NBI report, Bleu Hotel is owned by Zerrin Development Corporation chaired by Julie Rose Defensor, with Miguel Gabriel Defensor as treasurer and Regin Ree Reyes as corporate secretary. Other officers include Michael M. Fajatin, Roman C. Santos, and Pearl Desiree M. Mencias. Meanwhile, the KTV bar is operated by Chicago Entertainment Corp., headed by Hector Diaz (president), Rene Abenojar (corporate secretary), and Maribel G. Borja (director).
