Still can’t wrap my head around how we ended up here.A guy who didn’t last at Hull is somehow managing Chelsea Fc in 2026 make it make sense…. This is not even about giving someone a chance anymore. Every small manager we tried trusting before at least showed something,either history with the club like Lampard … or real work elsewhere like potter … What exactly did this one show? He is connected to Joe shield ?? It just feels like he walked into the job through the back door. No track record, no real proof, just vibes and connections. And we are supposed to accept that at a club like Chelsea? I’m trying to be calm about it, but it’s hard.This club is massive, and this appointment just doesn’t match that level at all. It honestly feels disrespectful to the fans.The players don’t even respect him because they knew he is clueless and his assistant don’t even have a license… A bang average player who is also a bang average coach and somehow landing this job… you can’t script it worse.The owners will not sack him now cause they will looks stupid which they are ….But he is just not Good Enough.. And the craziest part? We’ve passed on managers with actual pedigree, real experience at the top level… but THIS is what we settle for?After Maresca try and Error It says everything about the people making decisions. Same way the squad’s been built is the same way they’re picking managers …..no clear plan, no standards, just chaos even the vibes is not there …
