@dish_answers Hi guys. The bitcoin payment system seems to be working again, however I submitted a payment yesterday morning via bitcoin and it still is not reflected on my account.

@ElementAgent Dang, that's really odd. I have already forwarded the issue. I will let them know it's happening on goo.gl/e901R and the receiver too. It will take them a bit to find out what is causing the issue and get it resolved. I am sorry about that. -CS

.@dish Your bitcoin payments system has been broken for over 5 days. I would like to pay my bill with bitcoin but I am unable to do so. Could you let me know when this will be fixed? Thanks!

@dish_answers Same error message when trying through Hopper. “System is currently unavailable. We apologize for the inconvenience. Please try again later.”

@ElementAgent Oh, no! I saw it was available through our site. I did think it would be also available on our app. It should be available through an Internet connected Hopper. If you would like to try it, then you can visit: goo.gl/6xgNQZ. Click the remote ... goo.gl/tEkd8N

@dish_answers Unfortunately it seems as if there is no bitcoin payment option on the MyDISH app. Only credit card and bank account. :(

@ElementAgent That's no problem. They will try to recreate this issue and then find what is causing it. Hopefully, we can find what's causing it soon. Have you tried making a payment through the MyDISH app? -CS

@dish_answers Tried clearing cache and used Chrome as well as Safari with similar issues unfortunately. Thank you for escalating it to Engineering!

@ElementAgent You're welcome. I am not showing that we're aware of this issue yet. I will be happy to forward this issue to our Engineering team. In the meantime, can we check if it works with a different browser or if you clear the cache/cookies off your current browser please? -CS

@dish_answers Thanks for the reply. The issue is through the MyDISH website. When selecting Bitcoin as a payment option an error message is shown saying there was a system error.
