Yesterday on Em’s birthday she added another special academic recognition. 📚🏀 👩‍🎓

“Cleaning up” her Clean 🏋🏻‍♀️ This 🏀 athlete will be playing at the next level this coming fall where the clean is part of their S/C program. I personally love the hang clean for rate of force development, postural strength and control for athletes. These are a few clips of the progression from when her high school season concluded till today where we put everything together. Front Squat- we started here to get better with the front rack position and then added load for strength Clean Pull/High Pull- bar path and extension Today- Hang Power Clean 💪🏀 Athlete- @EmFlo6
