@EternalLife_ @FirstNorwich They don't care. I have issues every week day morning with the No13 from Wymondham to Norwich. Bus always late or don't show. Just want to get home after a 14hr night shift. I'm complained so many times & they promised they would take this up with the depot but still no change 😡

Seriously @FirstNorwich what’s happening with the Felixstowe/Ipswich 75 service. Since new year & new payment, the service has been unacceptable. Buses have just not shown up or “disappeared” from the app. My son needs to connect this service with 800 P&R to get to school!

@FirstNorwich I've just discovered that I appear to be paying more for a corporate pass than i would for a normal monthly ticket. I thought a corporate was supposed to save me money, not cost more. Can you tell me how long has been the case? And is the monthly staying at £60?

@FirstNorwich Still no buses running through Stoke Holy Cross, the road has been open since Saturday, how can Konectbus run the Sunday service through Stoke yesterday but you can't run our normal 40a service today!! Lots of people left high and dry today!!

@FirstNorwich Not sure that's the reason at all although a convenient excuse. I have been catching this bus for several years, including after Xmas period - it always used to be on time. And it was also late/didn't arrive before the festive period. And Dussindale is where the route begins.....

@FirstNorwich The bus never came so I had to wait over an hour for the next one, missing time (money) at work. Not acceptable when the buses only run every hour in Stoke and people need to get to their jobs ☹️

@FirstNorwich today is ridiculous. No warnings and you cut out 2 buses in a row. Quite sad to see old ladies in the cold waiting for the bus that didn’t come. Before you ask, 10:48 bus X22 from church plain Loddon. I pay you all this money for a bus pass and the bus doesn’t come.

@FirstNorwich You really do need to improve your app so that people can see what's happening. Yesterday people were standing at bus stops, which were showing buses were due, and no buses were running!

@FirstNorwich Why can’t the diversion go back onto Earlham Road though? If the buses turn down Heigham Road from Dereham Road - they’d only have to miss one stop? And it avoids the traffic? Seems pointless to completely miss out the whole road.
