@EricRayweather We are a CFM community of nearly 3000 people. We have multiple cases of people being affected that did not receive the email. @EAHelp has been unhelpful for such cases. These people are in the dark. At least they are making it less bad for some.

EA sent emails out to those affected by the corrupted Franchise issue. 50% off Madden 24, guaranteed access to the Beta, and a bit of info on what's to come. Thoughts?

Update: Our teams have resolved the issue and players should now be able to log in, thank you.

@MillsTwitch @SGraddyEA It's currently working. The 60 are gone. They ain't coming back. Not the first time a mass amount of our cfms have been ruined by them. Move on. @SGraddyEA don't touch our game. Youl screw it up.

Sorry to bother @SGraddyEA, but there are currently a large subset of Franchise players waiting to hear if their franchise save file is recoverable. I understand 60% of files will be lost, but is there a date or will there be communication once the other 40% are up and running?
