Right, Europe causes all of Africa’s problems so they have to all go to Europe. Nice story. Do you see how illogical simplistic and convenient that is? It goes way deeper. Europe gave up all of their colonies in Africa because they couldn’t get them to pay off. Africa needs its best and brightest to stay put and work.
