$MRLN: I recently added back some Merlin Labs. A very surprising nugget: even though the S-1 resale registration went effective on 4/17, real-time short interest did not collapse as you'd expect from PIPE investors collapsing their hedge (if they had one on) AND the borrow fee is still very high. That tells me no one in the PIPE is selling, which is confirmed by no discernable increase in trading volume. The recent 4/29 $80M offering of stock + warrants was placed with one investor and has not been registered yet.
