Woke up with 23,000 new followers overnight. Kind of crazy. For people new here I write about and invest in dirt cheap banks. I think banks are the last bastion of cheap value in an overvalued market. I have a newsletter and I also built a website that lets individuals find cheap banks. Since the advent of synthetically produced nicotine, tobacco usage has dropped considerably along with the GLP-1 use and reduced alcohol intake.

I've watched this play out at least 10 times. Guy is the life of the party at the club. Drinks every night with the boys. Bar food. No training. "I play golf, that's enough." He gets to 55. And either dies suddenly, or gets sick and dies slowly. The buddy group is devastated. They swear it off. They're going to do things differently. Honor his memory. A week later, they've forgotten him completely. Back to the same drinks. Same food. Same excuses. And the cycle is already starting with the next guy. I got tired of watching it. I'm a competitive golfer preparing for the Senior Tour. I'm also a man who had to make some hard decisions about how I wanted to live — what I put in my body, what I was chasing, what I wanted the back nine of my life to actually look like. It cost me something to change. It was worth every bit of it. This account is for the golfer who is done with the default. The one who wants to actually finish the race. Not just play it.

Oklahoma land bros: random question, in order to drill a new well you must have 51% of the acreage leased; why not just stop at 51% and force pool everyone else at 1/8th in order to have a much higher NRI in the well?
