What started as a rehabilitation model operating in Leeds and Yorkshire, now spans the length and breadth of the country to reach individuals in need from all corners. We hosted our 2023 Employment Event today, 25 amazing employers joined us to promote their opportunities alongside training providers and funding organisations. Over 120 prisoners attended the event and boy was there a buzz around the camp afterwards 🤩 #reducereoffending

Insights into what comes after Grendon for our residents is really important and can be quite powerful when people realise there is hope, and that there are plenty of employers that will offer opportunities to prisoners.

Grendon prison hosted their first careers, education and employment event last week. Natalie, our prison employment lead, alongside several other staff and residents organised the event and the feedback has been really positive.
