I started my personal YouTube channel. Here's why. We have target points to hit in marketing every week. A LinkedIn post is 20 points. Videos can earn 40 or more. So I created a YouTube channel for myself. Asked my team to do the same. 30 points just for setting up a channel. My target this week: hit 600 points. And stay off the wall of shame. Same for my team. We're bootstrapped. We've generated $250k+ in revenue. The only reason we haven't crossed 1 million already? We didn't have systems. And we were too chill. We never liked getting too serious.
