Due to your server glitch, 7 trades were executed automatically within a single second. When it came time for his Payout, you lebeled it a 'Grid Trading Violation'. But those trades were triggered by your system error, that's your mistake not the trader. Rejecting a trader payout because of your own platform issue is completely unacceptable. Instead of resolving the matter or providing clear evidence, you chose to block him on social media. Hey @InstantFunding_ – If this trader truly violated a rule, show the proof publicly. Transparency is one of the most important principles in the PropFirm industry. If You're not transparent, how can traders Trust you?
