@JDRichardsLUFC Spot on. The worst game I’ve seen in years for a combination of all 3. Despite what some say, the Sunderland fans were far from the worst we’ve seen and actually got behind their team. Fair play to them but the trend of time wasting has to stop.

Three things can be true at once: 1) We were awful. No one did themselves any credit at all. 2) The Ref / VAR was shocking. 3) Sunderland set up well and frustrated us. They're also the most disgusting team I've seen all season for time wasting and cheating. #lufc #alaw

A fleeting positive from last night was the appearance of Willie Gnonto off the bench. Whilst DJ looks way off it and low on confidence, it was encouraging to see Willie get into the game and he was one of the few to really try something, anything, to get back in the game #lufc

@McGeadySpin_ Last ten minutes is prime time wasting no doubt. First half time wasting, from the beginning of the game is a lot. To your point, we've time wasted before, its just the amount of times there were big athletic lads crying on the floor constantly that drove me nuts. You won 👏

@JDRichardsLUFC Thing is, we’ve had the same done to us plenty of times. If you can’t beat them, join them. It’s the way the game is now. The brutal game is gone, even Arsenal do it and they are winning the league so teams fighting to stay in the league are definitely doing it.

Under the lights again tonight, always had a soft spot for Sunderland as my Uncle was a Mackem. Dangerous side on their day we'll need to show them some respect. A hell of a lot more respect than Bankes showed Farke that's for sure. Need to use that fire tonight💪 #lufc #LEESUN
