@Janwhe1 It is - my top 3 posts just now were Elon (despite not following him) one of which was Trump hugging a duck and a kitten stood in a pond... truly bizzare stuff in my opinion 😂🤷

I'm using "X" a lot less - my timeline is full of ads, hate, bots & American politics.
I still see useful things now & again so will be here passively & may RT some things... But I won't be active unless X is cleaned up. I'm going to try LinkedIn so you can follow me there.

And just like that 37 years of NHS service complete. I can’t quite believe it. Had so many amazing opportunities over the years and learnt from the very best. To all of my patients I hope I made your journey at little easier you certainly enriched mine, I salute you all 🥲💕💕
