#Eagles restructure Jake Elliott deal with $3.65M signing bonus, salary 2026 $1.3M, salary cap $4.653M. Void years $2030 to 2032

I can only imagine the conversations Lurie and AJ have had tbh. The fact that there hasn’t been a public trade request yet is pretty wild lol I’m past the point of delusion that there isn’t some serious tension. Just feels wild how it’s gotten to this point without a formal public request. And guys, if this was all just blatant media nonsense like we’re hoping, AJ Brown would’ve come out and said so by now. No way is a player letting the media dictate a false narrative this badly. Chances are, AJ loves the media continuing to push the narrative that he wants out, so he doesn’t formally have to.

The full trade, per sources: Broncos receive: WR Jaylen Waddle, fourth-round pick Dolphins receive: 2026 first-round pick (No. 30), third- and fourth-round picks.

After serious conversations with both the Rams and Patriots, the Eagles will not trade A.J. Brown at this time, according to multiple league sources. Both teams remain interested, but no move is imminent. If a trade were to happen, it would likely heat up closer to June 1.

If it’s not clear to you already, AJ Brown would rather be elsewhere — the Eagles can say all they want, but at some point Brown will force their hand. It financially doesn’t make sense to trade him until post-June 1st — their actions during the draft will tell the story.

The same two teams, the New England Patriots and Los Angeles Rams, are making strong pushes to land Eagles wide receiver A.J. Brown. Nothing has been agreed to at this time as negotiations continue, but both teams continue to show heavy interest: nytimes.com/athletic/71157…

“They would rather not move him, even though he would like to be moved. And they are not going to move him until they get what they feel is a fair price.” @AdamSchefter on ESPN just now on AJ Brown 👀

Sources: Jaelan Phillips has agreed to a 4-year, $120 million deal with the Carolina Panthers with $80M in guarantees.
