@KeenanPeachy I will experience 0 discomfort. There's no chance I'll watch it. My wife is a big fantasy fan. She asked me why I'd re-watch LoTR with her over and over but refuse to watch "The Rings of Power." I suggested she give it a try. 10 minutes in she asked me to make her a big G&T.

@WallStreetApes I can attest to what a shit hole Portland has become. The city has hemmoraged downtown tenants since Covid. Downtown office space has a 34% vacancy rate, and still plummeting. I guess people are tired of stepping over needles and piles of shit to get into their office.
