Hi @Marriott! Wondering if you might need a refresher on the definition of "guaranteed" because my reservation does indeed guarantee a room with a roll-in shower and I got a "hearing accessible" room with a bathroom I barely fit in. Why does this keep happening? Fix your system.

Austin police officers arrested a deaf, elderly woman at ABIA for trespassing, but she just misunderstood instructions from a ticket clerk. Because she’s elderly and deaf. She spent 3 nights in the Travis County Jail, where a jailer broke her arm. She wasn’t taken to the ER.
