Honestly… That “Don’t trust a DJ that doesn’t dance” was a great marketing campaign for models that pretend dj.

Being a dj is remembering that one time I played Chaka Khan ‘I Feel For You’ early in the night for this group of mid 40 year olds and they just walked off the dance floor. I’m still annoyed and that was like 7 years ago.

Every time winter end I remember how awesome Philly is.

Not gonna lie, it’s kinda funny seeing mid level djs that were touring pre-pandemic complain about not getting any bookings rn. This is the local djs time to play for the crowds we built.

@_noncompliant_ I agree with what you’re saying but the reality is that the local djs that were really local before the pandemic are doing just as well or better now because we built our crowds in our own citys.
