@audinchan @GetSpare Cause it is no new chain, but not a fork too ... it seems to be something like the same chain in coexistence, but the difficulty of the old blocks isn't fitting the new clients needs

UPDATE: Difficulty When the difficulty of a proof is not enough for the size of the network, blocks are created rapidly (10 sec vs. 18 min). When the difficulty automatically increases tomorrow to better match the network, the choppiness of the block creation will smooth out.
