I was honored to spend the day with Ms. Remeka Little to provide support for Bessemer City High School. Our focus today was to observe in classrooms & have conversations with students and staff about continuous improvement. The BCHS & @CogniaOrg partnership focused on growth.

Nothing is better than spending the day in AL with the PJHS teacher leaders and academic interventionists conducting classroom observations and providing actionable feedback. The school’s partnership with @CogniaOrg focuses on building professional capacity at all levels.

What a beautiful day in AL to collaborate with the leadership team from Bellingrath MS. The partnership with @CogniaOrg Institutional Improvement team supports leadership and professional capacity development for sustainability.
