I like your posts a lot but hear me out. How are we better if we can’t keep players or coaches? Bro was probably recruiting on USF dime for his next gig while coaching for us. It makes it appears that USF isn’t the place to play or coach at . Is it a culture thing or something else? We have to start asking the uncomfortable questions.

He did his job and got us dancing in over a decade. I will not tolerate Hodgson disrespect.
He left this program in much better shape than when he came. We just gotta ride the momentum and keep winning.

I watched every game this season. Many of the games I was there in person. I’m aware of each player and their contributions on the court. Officials are part of the game. This wasn’t the first game where the whistles didn’t go their way. His numbers, specifically, in this game were the worst I see from him all season.

Hodgson had multiple opportunities this cycle. Providence was one that offered strong NIL backing. He informed his South Florida team on Friday that he’d be taking a new job, ultimately choosing the Friars. One of the fastest-rising coaches in the sport.

Nothing to do with my heart. This more about investment and time into USF athletics. This isn’t simply just about Coach H and his decision. I understand the landscape has changed but I don’t support normalizing a revolving door of coaches. It’s not a good look no matter how you slice it.

@Masterllc2001 @USFMBB @USFAthletics @CoachBHodgson I will give you that we are a bit of a lack luster fair weather fan base in ALL sports but the winning will build the atmosphere as we have seen. Also campus seems sterile at times with lack of communal energy, but I think The USF Fletcher District and OCS will change that

He didn’t seem really happy at USF. It was a job for the moment. Hopefully Providence gives him what he is looking for otherwise he will be on the move again…
